“Gilles and Angela catered for our wedding this past weekend. While I have had Gilles’ food before, he went above and beyond all expectations. The hors-d’oeuvres served during cocktail hour flew off the platters – The whole crowd of 156 raved about them. The prime rib was out of this world, and he even added some bacon-wrapped scallops for the bride and me. Dessert was again, unbelievable. Did I mention the soup? Prestige catered my October 2021 wedding, and they were a breeze to work with. Gilles was excellent, the prices were reasonable, and I received compliments on the serving size as well as the taste afterwards. Thank You SO much for making a stressful day slightly less stressful. (Butternut Squash Soup was the most talked about, and the portion size for the turkey dinner) Wish I could eat it all again!

The suggestion to swap the potatoes was a fantastic suggestion and they were a hit! Nicole and I enjoyed them immensely. The meals were over the top delicious and warm when served on the plate. The staff were efficient, polite, and friendly. Always smiling and happy. Obviously they love working for you and it showed in the service and demeanour. We had many, many comments on how delicious the food was. Thank you! Angela: The hall was just as we had discussed and more. The table settings, table decorations and set up made the hall a wonderful gathering place for a wedding. Wow!! We watched you work with the staff and my guests and we were very impressed at how organized and efficient you were last night. Everything was perfect! Thank You! To both of you. You made the pre-experience of the wedding straightforward and simple. You were a joy to deal with and were always there to offer suggestions and to meet when we needed to understand where the planning was. Your professionalism, flexibility and quality are second to none. We had Prestige cater our father's celebration of life. I can't say enough about how wonderful their service was. It was five-plus stars, and I have been to many catered events over the years. They accommodated every request and were very kind and professional. But the Food!! It was superb! Everyone at the event raved about the food. The hot dishes were all amazing, and breads and desserts and salads were beautiful to look at and tasted even better. The food was simply amazing and could be served at the finest five-star restaurant. Truly impressive, thank you so much to Gilles and the wonderful staff!
